By accessing injectors.tv or using any Injectors TV app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Injectors TV is a streaming platform operated by Unik Productions Inc. offering entertainment and educational content in the medical aesthetics and luxury lifestyle space, including subscription video on demand, a 24/7 live channel, pay-per-view events, e-learning, and community features.

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are limited to one account per person and are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.

We offer multiple tiers, including a free tier, a standard with ads tier, a standard tier, and a premium tier. Paid subscriptions are billed through Checkout.com and renew automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

The free tier requires an email address but no credit card. Access is limited to designated educational masterclass content.

All sales are final. Injectors TV does not offer refunds under any circumstances, including but not limited to monthly and annual subscription fees, PPV events, live events, in-person events, educational content, masterclasses, learning path certifications, and any other purchase made on the platform or through Injectors TV. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that all charges are non-refundable. You may cancel your subscription at any time and retain access until the end of your current billing period. For billing errors or unauthorized charges, contact contact@injectors.tv within 7 days.

All content on the platform is owned by or licensed to Unik Productions Inc. You may not download, redistribute, reproduce, or create derivative works of any content without our prior written permission.

By submitting content through the submission portal, you grant Unik Productions Inc. a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to review, edit, distribute, and broadcast your submission. You retain ownership of your content.

You agree not to harass other users, engage in illegal activity, circumvent access controls, scrape the platform with automated tools, or use the service in any manner that disrupts its operation.

Messages posted in live Q&A sessions and watch party chats must comply with our community standards. We reserve the right to moderate, edit, or remove any content that violates these terms.

AI Mood Match, AI Subtitles, and other AI features are provided as-is. Recommendations and outputs are algorithmic and do not constitute professional or medical advice.

You are responsible for any content you share in a watch party chat. Rooms automatically expire after 30 minutes of inactivity.

Learning path certificates are issued by Injectors TV and do not constitute medical accreditation or continuing education credits unless explicitly stated.

Affiliates must comply with the affiliate program terms. Misrepresentation of the platform or spam marketing will result in immediate termination from the program.

Pay-per-view purchases are final. Access is granted only for the duration of the event window indicated at the time of purchase.

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these terms or applicable law.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Medical and clinical content is educational in nature and is not a substitute for professional advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Unik Productions Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
